Are services and products refundable?

Refunds are not provided as we dedicate significant time and effort to meticulously plan and tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each client. Refunds for wedding ceremony services may only be considered in the event of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies, natural disasters, or the passing of a family member. However, if services have already been rendered, and the marriage license has been completed and filed, refunds will not be issued as the contracted services have been fully delivered. In the case of candle products that arrive damaged or defective, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by offering a full replacement at no additional cost.

If I want wax molds for my bridal shower how soon do I place the order?

 

It is recommended that you place the order at least 3 months prior to your scheduled event date. Molds are a complicated  creation process 3 months allows enough time to meet the quantity you need and at its best quality made for guaranteed satisfaction. If you are placing over an order of 50 we will provide a discount on your bulk order 

May I reschedule my ceremony date?

Absolutely, we just ask giving us at least a 30 day in advance notice to make the proper adjustments and clearance for your new date planned.  Flexibility is key when it comes to rescheduling, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible for you. In addition to providing advance notice, we encourage you to communicate any specific needs or changes related to your new date. Whether it’s updating guest counts, adjusting service preferences, or accommodating new timelines, our team is dedicated to ensuring everything transitions seamlessly so your event is just as memorable as originally planned.

Are you willing to travel?

Absolutely, we are more than willing to travel to your location. There will be a small traveling fee, which can be discussed and adjusted based on the distance to your specific location. However, if you decide to book the Gold package or the 7-hour DJ package, no travel fee will be applied, and we will cover the cost of traveling to ensure everything is seamless for you.
